Our Position

SStiK is a tool that helps users access publicly available content on TikTok. We do not host, store, or distribute any videos. All content remains on TikTok's servers and is subject to TikTok's own terms and content policies.

How to Submit a DMCA Takedown

If you believe that SStiK is being used to infringe your copyright, please contact us with the following information:

1. Your full name and contact information (email address).
2. A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed.
3. The specific TikTok URL in question.
4. A statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act.

Send DMCA notices to: contact form with the subject "DMCA Takedown".

Response Time

We review all DMCA requests within 48 hours. Valid requests are acted upon promptly. Note that since we don't host content, we may direct you to TikTok's own DMCA process at tiktok.com/legal/report/Copyright for the most effective resolution.

Repeat Infringers

SStiK will block access to users who are repeatedly found to be using the service to infringe copyright.
